We are honored to have Dion Romero speak about “The History and Legacy of the Phoenix Indian School” before Phoenix Trivia the week after. This free, public lecture will provide an introduction on the origins of the Native American boarding school system, then focusing on the history of the Phoenix Indian School from its opening in 1891 to its closure in 1990.
