The Wallace and Ladmo Show turns 70 years old today! Wallace (Bill Thompson) lived in Sunnyslope for a while. Ladmo sponsored many Sunnyslope High School graduating parties at Legend City and Pat McMahon (Gerarld) has spoken numerous times at our museum. It brings me great pleasure to say our next exhibit will be honoring this show and the people who were a part of it. The show changed millions of Arizonan’s lives for the better.
We will have speakers from the show come talk at the museum in the next couple of months. Our display will have never-before-seen items for all to enjoy and reminiscence. Thank you to the families for allowing us to honor these amazing individuals’ contributions to our great state. Stay tuned for more information!
